• Workers Compensation Settlement – $2,345,000: Client tripped over a cord on the ground as she was exiting her desk resulting in injuries requiring numerous back surgeries. She was left with a permanent debilitating injury. We prevailed against the employer/insurer who fought the case stating the injuries were all pre-existing.

• Workers’ Compensation Settlement – $1,600,000: Client injured his neck , shoulder arm and hand , resulting in double crush syndrome, and his foot, resulting in RSD, while performing his job duties , a large pallet fell on him.  We won a catastrophic designation.

• Workers’ Compensation Settlement – $1,500,000: Client injured his back falling off the roof. He had numerous surgeries that resulted in failed back syndrome. We filed and won a catastrophic designation.

• Workers’ Compensation Settlement – $1,450,000: Client who originally suffered a minor burn injury on the job went to the emergency room. While being treated for the burn, he went into cardiac arrest. He was revived, but suffered permanent seizures due to his relatively minor original burn injury.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $800,000: Client severely and permanently injured her neck, back and knee when a co-worker ran into her with a forklift. Her knee required a total knee replacement. We filed for a catastrophic designation and the case settled before trial.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $800,000: Client was injured on the job in a trucking accident. He suffered severe brain injuries.

She became severely disabled due to the arthritis throughout her body. Since she had pre-existing conditions, the employer/insurer denied the claim, but later settled.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $275,000: Client was a pilot riding in a shuttle to his car. A car crashed into the shuttle and he suffered multiple tears in both of his shoulders. The employer/insurer denied the claim. We won in court.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $225,000: Client fell off scaffolding on the job severely injuring his head, neck, back, and knees. He ultimately required a total knee replacement. The employer/insurer initially denied the claim, but we ultimately procured a settlement.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $210,000: Client worked for a large poultry plant. He injured his back after working for four decades doing heavy lifting for his Employer. The employer/insurer initially denied his claim, but later settled.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $210,000: Client severely mangled her hand in a piece of machinery requiring multiple surgeries.

• Workers Compensation Settlement – $205,000: Client fell off a ladder resulting in his need for spinal fusion.
